A small, in-house creative department for an expanding multimedia company is currently looking for an Integrated Art Director/Designer to help bring them to the next level! You will be responsible for managing the in-house advertorial print program (both design and production), providing creative support to the sales/marketing teams and offering our clients assistance in the growing digital arena.
You should have a strong understanding of best practices when designing for digital applications. This is an in-house position reporting to the VP/Creative Director
Requirements:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent
• 10+ years experience
• Layout design/production (print)
• Copyediting/proofreading experience
• Mac proficient
• CS3
• Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Power Point
• Flexible work schedule
• Magazine publishing experience a plus!
• Digital experience including:
¬ An understanding of basic HTML/Flash/web programming
¬ Banner ad design experience (to include making click tags)
¬ Rich media experience
¬ Experience creating custom Widget applications
¬ Website development
¬ fbml development
¬ Power Point Presentations
